A lovely massage done with essential oils blended with a base carrier oil. Recipes can be adapted for certain conditions, or just for pampering, relaxation or rejuvination. (not always suitable for pregnant clients.)
A relaxation massage suited for full body, or back or any part of the body which needs attention. (suitable for pregnant clients after the 1st trimester). A lovely way to pamper yourself.
A very indulgant massage used with heated Basalt Stones, an extravegant treat used with Swedish Body Massage.
A massage of the head, scalp, shoulders and face, either with or without oils, great to relieve stress and completely relax. A great help for migrane sufferers or shoulder / neck / back tension.
Using pressure points on the feet, can assist stress relief and is very relaxing and therapeutic
In most cases I use Grapeseed Oil as my base carrier, Massage Cream or Shea Butter
It is very important that a consultation is done prior to my visit - this can be done by email or over the phone.
A professional mobile massage table of very high quality is used, towels can be provided, or you may prefer to provide your own.
Massage cream - perfect for face and body - made from Shea Butter - essential oils, Lavender and Calendula are added.
