Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor Lichfield
Barbara has been a qualifed personal and group fitness trainer since 1995.
Teaching classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Body Attack, Aqua, Children's Yoga & Fitness, Studio Cycling, Aerobics, Step, Body Conditioning etc. at clubs and leisure centres in and around Lichfield. (see below for my classes)
Yoga / Pilates and other Personal fitness training programs are discussed and designed between Barbara and client in order to achieve the best goals.
Most clients I train in the comfort of their own home. £25.00 p/h £20.00 45 minutes
I am also qualifying for my Level 3 Diploma in Pilates.
