Barbara has been qualified instructor since January 1995 and started to specialise in Pilates and Yoga since 2002.

For anyone who wishes to take part in classes you can pay as you go within Lichfield - I teach at King Edward VI Leisure Centre on Friday mornings 10.45 - 11.30 (call centre for bookings or information on prices)

Pilates / Yoga & Meditation at St Michael's Church Hall, St Michael's Road, Lichfield on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9.15 - 10.15 admission £ 3.70 - please bring along your own mat

or one can be purchased from me for a cost of £ 7.00

Above classes are catered for any person from Beginner to Advanced

Pilates personal training £22.00 45 minutes or £28.00 1 hour
